Since 1989, partnership has been the core of PNC Mezzanine Capital’s philosophy. Our approach has been to underwrite the long-term business strategy of our portfolio companies creating a sustainable foundation for a supportive relationship. This foundation allows us to recognize opportunities, which we shape with our partners through diligence, understanding, thoughtfulness and hard work. These opportunities, sometimes found in the less traditional areas, often require a bit more experience, knowledge, and flexibility, and demand active participation and responsiveness with a long-term perspective.
